48-hour notice is required to cancel an appointment. * Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service amount. * Same-day rescheduling will incur a $20 rescheduling fee. * All fees must be paid prior to booking future appointments. Late Policy * A 10-minute grace period is provided. * Clients arriving 15 minutes late may be charged a late fee, and services may be shortened or adjusted. * Clients arriving 30 minutes late without notice will be considered a No Call / No Show. No Call / No Show Policy * A No Call / No Show will result in a charge of 75% of the scheduled service amount. * This balance must be paid in full before rebooking any future appointments. By booking, you agree to these policies.
